Last Thursday, I was invited to a private blogger event focusing on child Internet safety. The event, hosted by Cox Communications, features local blogger and Internet safety expert Leticia Barr and America's Most Wanted host John Walsh, who shared tips to educate parents on how to keep their family and children safe online as part of Internet Safety month.
It was such a neat opportunity to sit in a production studio at the National Press Club and tweet in questions live from the audience. Of course, Micaela and I went together - and of course, we were late, and of course there was no parking, and of course it was the hottest day ever - but I am so glad we finally made it!
